Part/Full Wedding Coordination

This package is intended for couples that need a little help, inspiration, or just simply do not have the time to plan their own wedding, yet only feel comfortable turning over the details to a trained professional. We can arrange as much or little as you like, from sourcing just a few recommended suppliers through to designing/creating your wedding from start to finish, with fastidious attention to detail.

With our knowledge, expertise and creative flair, we work with you every step of the way, turning your Wedding Day dreams into reality.

We offer a complete wedding coordination service to arrange everything from the venue, invitations, budget planning and gift lists, through to the cake design, music and even the first night in the hotel.

From initial concept design through to the laying of the very last place card, we maintain a level of excellence, ensuring your wedding day is not only perfect, but exceeds your expectations.

For part/full wedding coordination services we charge 8% of the total budget on all of the items that we source for you. However, this percentage is exempt from the full catering services that we provide.

On the Day Coordination is free of charge if the items that we source for you amount to £5000 or more.

Nibbles were excellent: neat, and properly tasty and fresh. The buffet that followed was good in every dish and there was plenty for everyone (and still plenty in the fridge)! Organisation and timing went as perfectly as can ever hoped. You won a large credit balance from me, even before the day, for your determination never to decline to take a call – which I regard as a mark of serious professionals. It keeps your anxious clients calm – no sleep or confidence was lost, I really appreciated that. Leaving everything tidy was another win, with family and house guests just amazed at how quickly and neatly we had been given back our home, you have scored for your industry and I do hope you have scored for your business: I shall certainly not hesitate to give glowing recommendations of you and your company to anyone.
