Thank you for the splendid day you organised and delivered for Harriet and Roger’s wedding on Friday – a fault free performance.
HCWHY?’s welcome to the bride and groom and guests, with carefully-poured trays of champagne was just as Sarah planned it, and the subsequent pouring from magnums gave the exact effect wanted. Nibbles were excellent: neat, and properly tasty and fresh. The buffet that followed was good in every dish and there was plenty for everyone (and still plenty in the fridge)! Organisation and timing went as perfectly as can ever hoped. You won a large credit balance from me, even before the day, for your determination never to decline to take a call – which I regard as a mark of serious professionals. It keeps your anxious clients calm – no sleep or confidence was lost, I really appreciated that. Leaving everything tidy was another win, with family and house guests just amazed at how quickly and neatly we had been given back our home, you have scored for your industry and I do hope you have scored for your business: I shall certainly not hesitate to give glowing recommendations of you and your company to anyone.

Why a Wedding Planner

Planning a wedding can take an unbelievable amount of time and effort, and with more of us getting married later in life and working full time as well as already having a family, planning the day of your dreams can turn into a very stressful event. These days a wedding planner is not a luxury reserved for the rich and famous, we are there to help give you guidance and advice, as well as doing all of the running around and research for you. Our priorities lay solely with you, your wedding objectives and of course the all important budget. Once your budget has been established a wedding planner should never offer you something you can’t afford.

A wedding planner can often save you money, as we work with a range of suppliers which will mean they may get repeat business, which of course as a bride you hope you won’t be doing. Therefore discounts can be negotiated. Without A Hitch doesn’t take commission from suppliers therefore passing any and all discounts directly to you.

We like to have clear pricing, so we have broken down our services into packages which you will find on these pages. Anything can be tailored to your specifications so if you don’t see what you are looking for please get in touch to discuss. Remember we don’t take commission so any and all savings will be passed to you. All our services can be tailored for your needs, and can include as much or as little environmental considerations as you require.
