Moroccan Menus

These exquisite and elegant seasonal menus are ideal for any special occasion through to corporate events and functions.  They have been created using only the freshest quality seasonal local ingredients, from sustainable or organic fish and vegetables to free range eggs and poultry, grass-fed beef and lamb to organic dairy.  Each course compliments each other, however we are more than happy for you to mix and match from the different menus or our Chef can create a bespoke menu focusing on your requirements and ensuring that you remain the character behind the event. Your Guests will choose their meal from the menu you select but with some venues or home kitchen facilities and logistics for speed of service. Special dietary requirements are catered for individually.

Finger Buffet Menus

This carefully selected menu is freshly prepared and delivered just prior to your event and displayed on decorative platters, accompanied with appropriate relishes, sauces and dressings. This is ideal for themed parties and occasions at a venue or home or an evening snack at your wedding reception and is designed to leave you to it if you so wish. Use our set menus or create your own.

 

Prices include set up on clothed buffet tables, crockery, quality disposable napkins and washing of dirty dishes. Uniformed waiting staff for an extra £14 per person per hour can be provided to serve and clear up leaving you nothing to do but relax and enjoy the occasion.

Prices are subject to VAT and travel expenses.

 

Pitta Platters:

Our pitas are arranged on our solid platters and attractively garnished. They are famous for their freshness, variation and size of filling.

A typical platter will include farmhouse white and malted wholemeal pitas from the selection from the list below but always happy to supply particular preferences with various breads and fillings.
