With the festive season ahead and the looming expense that this brings us, everyone finds it difficult to know what to do when it comes to celebrating. Planning and preparation is the key for any successful celebration however simple or complex. People may find all this too much with such a wide range of venues, services and products available and prices varying dramatically.

The temperatures may plummet, but the heat can really get turned on at the office Christmas party. A night out to remember at Christmas is an excellent way of saying a big thank you your staff for all the hard work they have put in over the year and developing a high level of team spirit. Though this can be a challenging task; as Event coordinators we arrange as much or as little as you like, from the initial concept through to the management of the event itself. From venue selection, catering, party themes, entertainment and music, through to making sure that everything runs smoothly on the day. With a reputation to uphold, our aim is to be in the background dealing with everything efficiently, so everyone can confidently relax and simply enjoy the occasion.

Smaller gatherings in the office or home can be more personal by not having to be restricted to a venue’s availability and constraints; especially the ones who like to party till early hours of the morning! This can enhance your personal tastes and style, with options to create and tailor the special occasion to your requirements.

With years of experience they give inspirational ideas, from simple to quirky parties and traditional occasions, helping clients through the planning stages whilst adhering to time constraints and budgets making the whole experience stress free, exceeding client’s expectations. This festive menu for up to 150 guests is ideal for small gatherings at home with family and friends, through to corporate and office functions. It has been created using only the freshest quality seasonal local ingredients, from sustainable or organic fish and vegetables, to free range eggs and poultry, grass-fed beef and lamb to organic dairy. Each course compliments each other. Please select a choice of three dishes from each course and then get your guests to pre order their meal from the menu you select. With some venue’s or home’s kitchen facilities and logistics for speed of service it will be easier to choose a set course menu for your guests especially for parties above 30 guests. Special dietary requirements are catered for individually.

Menus include uniformed Chef/s and waiting staff serving food, set up, crockery, cutlery, quality Christmas crackers and napkins and clearing up leaving you nothing to do but relax and enjoy the occasion.  The following dishes are pre-prepared from our premises then cooked at the venue and accompanied by appropriate relishes, dressings and sauces. We offer an extensive drinks package to either serve your drinks (no corkage charge) or drinks sold on consumption by ourselves and from our extensive menu and knowledge we can advise the perfect food and wine pairings by complementing your occasion with drinks from reception through to after dinner. Prices are subject to VAT and exclude any travelling expenses, main Kitchen equipment, furniture, marquee and linen hire.

Ideal for business meetings, social gatherings, wedding receptions, parties at a venue, office or home and designed to leave you to it. Use our set menus or create your own.

Prices include set up on clothed buffet tables, crockery, quality disposable napkins and washing of dirty dishes. Uniformed waiting staff for an extra £12 per person per hour can be provided to serve and clear up leaving you nothing to do but relax and enjoy the occasion. We offer an extensive drinks package to either serve your drinks (no corkage charge) or drinks sold on consumption by ourselves and from our extensive menu and knowledge we can advise the perfect food and wine pairings by complementing your occasion.
