Bowl Food Menu

The small tasty portions are both a substantial and stylish alternative to Canapés. Pre-prepared at our premises and finished on site. Small but perfectly formed, bowl food dishes are served in ceramic bowls and designed to eat standing up.

Prices include uniformed Chef/s and waiting staff, cutlery, crockery, set up, serving and clearing, leaving you nothing to do but relax and enjoy the occasion with your guests. We offer comprehensive drink packages to either serve your drinks (no corkage charge) or drinks sold on consumption by ourselves and from our extensive menu and knowledge we can advise the perfect food and wine pairings to complement your occasion. Prices are subject to VAT and travel expenses.

Bowl_Food_2Light Option – 4 Bowls each from 4 varieties for £12.00 per person
Comfortable Option – 6 Bowls each from 6 varieties for £18.00 per person
Substantial Option – 8 Bowls each from 8 varieties for £24.00 per person

Meat Selections
  • Toulouse Sausages and Chive Mash served with a light Onion Gravy
  • Rump Steak with Hand Cut Chips and Béarnaise Sauce
  • Grilled Chicken Breast, Roast Pepper and Roquette Salad with Basil Pesto
  • Lamb Kofte and Mediterranean Bean Salad served with Tzatziki and served in a Bamboo Boat
  • Pork Loin with Red Cabbage Slaw and Caramelised Apple 
  • Chicken Satay Skewers accompanied by a Peanut Dipping Sauce and served in a Bamboo Boat
  • Aromatic Crispy Duck with Hoi Sin Sauce & Egg Fried Rice
  • Shredded Chicken Chow Mein
  • Beef Stroganoff with Basmati Rice
  • Chilli Con Carne with Basmati Rice

Fish Selections
  • Grilled Red Mullet with a Tabbouleh Salad and Coriander Yoghurt
  • Tuna Nicoise Salad with Anchovies, Lemon and Garlic Dressing
  • Plaice Goujons and Chips served with Homemade Tartare Sauce in a Newspaper printed cone
  • Roasted Cod, Chorizo and New Potato Salad

Any Meat, Fish or Vegetables in the following sauces:
