I can’t thank you enough for the catering affair on Wednesday. The food, particularly the meat and cheese selection and of course the bread basket, was all a hit. They finished every last bit of it. Thank you again for the professionalism and kind manner.

The whole day was absolutely perfect and we have been inundated with compliments. Everyone loved the food and particularly the Lamb Spit Roast which was so succulent and tender. Mum and Dad’s Diamond Wedding Party could not have been more perfect or given them more pleasure: and at least 95% of its success was absolutely attributable to you, your enormous and doubting hard work and the unbelievable amazing service which you provided. Everyone (including my extremely (hard-to-please) impressed Dad and lovely (but sarcastic!) son-in-law) was so impressed and since the party Mum and Dad and Angela and I have received so many thank you cards and all of them roaring about the sumptuous food and the wonderful decorations and flowers. Everything you provided exceeded by far any expectation I had and I am so very grateful to you.
