The following pages detail a comprehensive range of modern, quality equipment – providing you with everything you may need to make your function a success. Should there be an item you need that does not appear here, just ask. We are constantly improving and increasing our range of equipment and it is possible that we do have what you need, or know how to get it for you.

We will use our experience and expertises to assist you with planning your function with the type of equipment required and provide free quotations. Any large or small your event, we are here to help you make it a success.
The Hire Period
The normal hire period is 48 hours, calculated from delivery to collection date. The hire pricing structure is based on this period. Weekend hires are normally delivered on Friday and Collected on the Monday. There is no extra charge for weekend hires. Longer hire periods are charged on a pro-rata basis; you will be quoted a price at the time of placing the order.
Delivery and Collection
We deliver and collect to and from your function. There is a charge for this service and a quotation will be provided at the time of the order being placed. When asking for this service you should consider the suitability of assess for our trucks; I.e. gate and lane widths, turning circles, firm ground access to marquees in the fields, on-street parking, etc. if in doubt, please talk to us and we will be able to advise you of our requirements. Alternatively, you can collect and return your hire from our premises Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. We ask that you check your vehicle is suitable for carrying the equipment and point out that you will be responsible for any damages to the equipment whilst in transit.
Dirty Return Service
We offer a dirty return service at just 30% of the hire cost of the items unwashed. Just empty glasses and cups, scrape plates off and send back in the boxes for us to do the dirty work for you!
A small price to pay for convenience and time saved in washing – up.
This service is included in the cost of the menus when we provide the catering for your event but there will be a charge for equipment hire, delivery and collection.
Prices are subject to VAT and correct at time of going to print. How Can We Help You? reserves the right to make alterations to its equipment and prices. You are advised to check availability and prices before ordering.
All non-account customers are required to pay a 50% holding deposit on confirmation of order. The outstanding balance of the order is to be paid on commencement of hire.
