Street Theatre

Street theatre is arguably the oldest form of theatre in existence, a form of theatrical performance and presentation mostly found in outdoor public spaces including shopping centres, car parks, recreational reserves and street corners.
ARTISTES who perform street theatre range from buskers to organised theatre companies wanting to experiment with performance spaces or promotion. Many performers are commissioned for street festivals and children's shows.
