Dear Potential Customer,

I have a wealth of experience in hospitality and catering gaining many qualifications, awards, affiliations and accreditations since I started 1989. My extensive experience came from running the prestigious St. Georges Hill Golf Club in Weybridge, Surrey as Operations Manager, gaining valuable experience over 9 years. Since then I set up ‘How Can We Help You?’ in May 2004, offering a tailored Eco event catering facilities for corporate and private functions at homes, offices, marquees, venues and boat trips. Our food is designed on classical dishes with a modern influence and provides value to the client through quality food and service whether it's for 10 or 1500 guests. Flexible menus, range from very simple to the more lavish and all enjoy the customer contact and creative flare needed to host various events.

With hands on approach to every aspect for every event, I ensure that the standards I set and clients expectations are exceeded by my professional team. From the point of enquiry to the actual event we firmly believe in building a relationship with our clients, offering help and advice when needed, being there to support you through each stage of the planning and managing the occasion so that you and your guests can relax and enjoy the special day.

As I am sure that you are aware that any company is only as good as the leadership and structure set in place to guarantee 100% satisfaction and we provide this for our clients every time and with a team that take pride in the quality service they give as this always provides repeat and new business. This undoubtedly establishes a good report with our clients from the first initial enquiry through to post event.
